Cathy Dubay on behalf of her father Ken Dubay who was an avid bicyclist donates $300 to the Little Angels Program. Her father collected, over the years, hundreds of bicycles and donated them to the Little Angels Program. Her brother and mom continue to donate bicycles to the Little Angels Program.

Little Angels Program

donates bicycles to the

Goodwin School in

East Hartford.


Little Angels Program work with the Williamtic Recreation Department to promote a safe summer for bicyclists and their children and surrounding communities. Charlie from the Rec Department and Tara Risley promoted this program. Also in the picture in the black tee shirt is the local BMX bicycle shop owner Paul.

Little Angels Program was invited to a Build A Bike Event at Eastern Connecticut State University

At the event children recived brand new bicycles.
